SV	Doch de HEERE was hun genadig, en ontfermde Zich hunner, en wendde Zich tot hen, om Zijns verbonds wil met Abraham, Izak en Jakob; en Hij wilde hen niet verderven, en heeft hen niet verworpen van Zijn aangezicht, tot nu toe.
WLC	וַיָּחָן֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֹתָ֤ם וַֽיְרַחֲמֵם֙ וַיִּ֣פֶן אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם לְמַ֣עַן בְּרִיתֹ֔ו אֶת־אַבְרָהָ֖ם יִצְחָ֣ק וְיַֽעֲקֹ֑ב וְלֹ֤א אָבָה֙ הַשְׁחִיתָ֔ם וְלֹֽא־הִשְׁלִיכָ֥ם מֵֽעַל־פָּנָ֖יו עַד־עָֽתָּה׃
Trans.	wayyāḥān JHWH ’ōṯām wayər^aḥămēm wayyifen ’ălêhem ləm^a‘an bərîṯwō ’eṯ-’aḇərâām yiṣəḥāq wəy^a‘ăqōḇ wəlō’ ’āḇâ hašəḥîṯām wəlō’-hišəlîḵām mē‘al-pānāyw ‘aḏ-‘ātâ:

AC	כג ויחן יהוה אתם וירחמם ויפן אליהם למען בריתו את אברהם יצחק ויעקב ולא אבה השחיתם ולא השליכם מעל פניו עד עתה
ASV	But Jehovah was gracious unto them, and had compassion on them, and had respect unto them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, neither cast he them from his presence as yet.
BE	But the Lord was kind to them and had pity on them, caring for them, because of his agreement with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; he would not put them to destruction or send them away from before his face till now.
Darby	And Jehovah was gracious to them, and had compassion on them, and had respect to them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and he would not destroy them, neither did he cast them from his presence up to that time.
ELB05	Aber Jehova erwies ihnen Gnade und erbarmte sich ihrer und wandte sich ihnen zu, wegen seines Bundes mit Abraham, Isaak und Jakob; und er wollte sie nicht verderben und warf sie nicht von seinem Angesicht weg bis dahin.
LSG	Mais l'Eternel leur fit miséricorde et eut compassion d'eux, il tourna sa face vers eux à cause de son alliance avec Abraham, Isaac et Jacob, il ne voulut pas les détruire, et jusqu'à présent il ne les a pas rejetés de sa face.
Sch	Aber der HERR war ihnen gnädig und erbarmte sich ihrer und wandte sich zu ihnen um seines Bundes willen mit Abraham, Isaak und Jakob; er wollte sie nicht verderben und hatte sie bis dahin noch nicht von seinem Angesichte verworfen.
Web	And the LORD was gracious to them, and had compassion on them, and had respect to them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, neither did he as yet reject them from his presence.
